How do I return an item?

You have only 30 days time period to return an item if you are not happy with an item. We would like to strongly mention here item must be unworn and in resalable condition and return postage will be on you.


I Don’t Have PayPal Account How Can I Pay?


You should not worry if you don’t have PayPal account you can still make payment with you Visa/Master Card/ Netbanking  through PayPal. When you click on PayPal button on your cart it redirects you on PayPal website where you find two options “Pay with my PayPal account” and “Pay with my debit or credit card” If you don’t have PayPal account click on “Pay with my debit or credit card” and fill credit/debit card information and billing information. Your credit card/debit card information is 100% secure with PayPal so you can payment without being hesitant.

What Should I Do If Item Is Found Damaged?


First of all, you must notify us immediately via email at the same day after receiving the order with attached photos of broken/damaged item so that we will look into the matter.


How do I track my order?


Although We take care of shipping and everything till you recieve the product so please drop us an email and we will let you know the status and AWB number if needed.


Can I Change My Delivery Address?

You can change delivery address until your item is shipped. Once item is shipped out from our warehouse we are unable to change delivery address. We would recommend you please change delivery address soon after you place order on the site. Please contact us with your order number for changing address.


What are your delivery options?

Items are delivered through Standard shipping via International Mail which takes around 2-3 Weeks. However during checkout if you select Express Delivery then items are delivered in 5-7 days via DHL Expedited.

When Will You Ship My Order Items?

Usually, we ship out most of orders in 1 business day time period except holidays. You receive an shipment information email with tracking no soon after item is shipped from us. In case you don’t receive email you must check it into spam folder.
